Abstract

Manufacturing resource is the resource element needed to be focused and planed among ERP. However, the existing ERP system is not scientific upon defining manufacturing resource concerning capacity scope and state as well as others, which limits the reasonability of ERP capacity planning. This text, through analysis of the existing ERP capacity resource planning, puts forward the capacity planning scheme based on manufacturing resource state, presents the improved scheme of the property and definition of manufacturing resource and finally proposes the two principles which indicate load centralized configuration and load balanced configuration of the manufacturing resource planning.
