Abstract :
This paper describes a rose analysis and recognition program and presents some principles of a fuzzy system realizing this recognition program. The major principles presented in this paper are our fuzzy description methods for rose features, which explain how to mathematically and quantitatively describe rose features by the fuzzy set concept, and weight coefficient, which explains how to use different rose features rationally in the recognition scheme. Experiment results are given which demonstrate the efficiency of our methods
