In order to promote students´ development, process evaluation and multiple evaluation will gradually replace the traditional single summative evaluation. The massive web construction and the already extended college English self-directed teaching mode have required the development of college English multiple evaluation, and provide favorable conditions for it as well. This article forwards a plan to extend English multiple evaluation by designing an evaluation system based on e-portfolio. It also introduces the present outcome of this plan, the problems it faces and the inspiration we may achieve from those problems.
