In view of the serious gap in China´s architecture energy-saving and according to the characteristic of energy-saving chain and diagnosis theory, this paper proposed health diagnosis framework of general judgment for architecture energy-saving through reviewing its operating conditions and “diseases”, offered principles of process-oriented energy-saving diagnosis system, and then demonstrated the detailed process of tracking diagnosis of architecture energy-saving process in order to embody the prevention and control of architecture´s energy-saving gap.
