Abstract :
This paper reports on a LTCC (low-temperature cofired ceramics) Q band waveguide duplexer. It is designed and optimized applying a segmented approach combining a hybrid method coupling EM simulations and circuit analyses. Filter experimental behavior validates LTCC for Q band application. Duplexer theoretical performances are encouraging and validate the principle of feasibility
