Abstract :
Incorporating the time-frequency (t-f) distribution of narrow-band near-field sources, a novel subspace-based method with orthogonal symmetry array for 3-D (azimuth-elevation-range) parameters estimation is introduced in this paper. Considering the t-f signature of one source, we derived the t-f distribution matrices by adopting whose subspaces rotation invariance to find the 3-D parameters estimation of source. When t-f signatures of all sources are no overlapping one another, the position parameters of these sources without limit on the number can be estimated accurately. The novel high-resolution method doesn´t involve search and any parameters pairing operation. Simulation experiments validate that the proposed method provides superior performance in the situations of low SNR and close spaced sources.
