Abstract :
In order to better achieve design for mass customization (DFMC) based on modularization, the constructing of modules with customization is the one of key technologies. A method of module partition by integrating multi relevant attributes was presented from the view of customers´ demands, product function and product structure. Firstly, the information of customers´ demands product function and product structure was analyzed, and then three kinds of correlative evaluation criteria and their correlative degree matrixes on module partition were developed, respectively. Secondly, the weight values between three kinds of corrective degree were constructed by using a method of analytic hierarchy process. It was on this basis that a method of integrating corrective degree was given and integrating corrective degree matrix was set up. Then an implement algorithm of module partition was presented. Finally, an example of the working device of wheel loader was shown to analyze and validate the method of module partition.
