Abstract :
The torque of brushless DC motor (BLDCM) with non-ideal back EMF waveforms fluctuates in terms of theory. This paper puts forward that the turn-off phases don´t affect the voltage vector and the flux-linkage by analyzing the voltage vector and the flux-linkage control theory of BLDCM. Then, a torque direct control method for BLDCM with non-ideal back EMF waveforms was presented, which can reduce the torque ripple by compensating the phase current. The simulation results validate the feasibility of the control strategy.
