Abstract :
In this paper, we introduced a new method to analyze the sensors´ signal of mechanical hand by using the virtual instrument. First, we introduced present researching situation and the trend of development of robot and the intelligent robot, simply summarized present researching situation and the trend of development robot multi-information fusion technology. Second, according to method of robot body-perception, this paper established and accomplished the hardware design and software design with LabVIEW. When the mechanical hand snatching the object, the virtual instrument will show the realtime waveform of the signal and finish the data fusion. Then the virtual instrument will judge the object´s material. At last, the results of the experiments are given. We confirmed the robot body-perception method is feasible through the experiment and proposed researching tendency in the future.
