Abstract
This paper presents physicochemical, electrical and stability properties of commercially available TU-OO-5 and TU-OO-8 polymer thick-film resistors from ASAHI, semi-precision polyimide-based RS 15 500 series offered by ESL and self-made systems. The resistive pastes comprised high-structure carbon black, medium structure carbon black or a blend of medium structure carbon black and graphite for the active phase and polyesterimide resin as the organic binder
