Abstract :
To improve the automation of production and control accuracy, The whole system is composed of programmable logic controller (PLC) and the field bus (PROFIBUS). This make it possible to monitoring and control the whole production process. By using the master CPU and monitoring computers, the control System reliability has been improved. By using dual-mode control, cascade control and ratio control, improve the control precision and accuracy of ingredients.
