  • Abstract
    In this paper, a design of water-flow calibration facilities was proposed which was based on static mass method, static volume method and master meter method. Taking the water-flow calibration facility of Tianjin University Flow Laboratory for an example, this paper specified the experiment pipeline design, buoyancy and density correction, control system design, and other key issues. At last an uncertainty analysis of the facility was provided, and the experiment data showed the combined standard uncertainty of this facility was 0.0243% used static mass method and 0.0559% used master meter method.
