Abstract
The early days of black board and pen-paper teaching are now being slowly replaced by the use of new instructional technology such as the electronic multimedia tools. Education protagonists have found conclusive evidences that multimedia and computer aided based lectures for teaching college level received good responses from students indicating that the electronic lecture format helps visualise dynamic processes, reviewing and organising notes, preparing for examinations and demonstrate linkages between component parts of the course. Technology is changing education, but it will never replace faculty lectures and face-to-face interaction between lecturers and students. Some form of verbal discourse still need to exist. BTNAL is a teaching methodology which combines the benefits reaped from multimedia, Internet and classical tutor teaching to path the way to train students to relate to the new technological culture shift we are facing today
