Abstract :
In the experimental research of fluid friction on the ship sailing and underwater vehicle navigation, mostly by tunnel devices, but because of its complex structure, large floor area, high cost, the tunnel device in use has some limitations. Based on the above factors, a small platform was developed, which can be used for testing drag reduction effect on the bionic jetting surface. The data acquisition system on the test platform, written the graphical user interface in LabVIEW environment to control of data flow, and during the test collection the value of the surface friction torque of the fluid for different experimental models, the automation of data collection and data real-time monitoring were achieved. It has the characters of friendly interface, easy operation, and high precision of collecting data, so the test efficiency is improved and lower the cost.
