Abstract
In this paper, the writer puts forward a new method of distribution network planning under the new situation. Grid extension, distributed generation and interruptible load are regarded as the three types of power supply which meet load growth. According to the average cost of capacity and yearly load duration curve of these three types of power supply, we can get the method of capacity allocation among Grid extension, distributed generation and interruptible load. The results are considered as the constraints, and then calculate the optimization of sitting and volume of distributed generation and erection of lines. Finally, an example is given to validate the feasibility of this model and the planning superior to the traditional ones.
