After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Using genetic algorithm to optimize container crane´s reinforced structure in shipping process, takes the structural weight as the objective function, calls FEM software to get related data in real time as fitness function parameters, puts forward a new implementation for complex structural optimization design, finally gives operations and key technologies.
