  • Abstract
A preliminary research on the dilute sulfuric acid hydrolysis of corncob, then detoxication condition and fermentation of 2,3-butanediol were conducted in this paper. The result showed that the optimum detoxification method about the hydrolysate was first neutralized by NaOH, and then absorbed by active carbon. The best fermentation condition was determined by flask experiment with hydrolysate as a substrate: amount of inoculation 6%, original pH6.0, temperature 35°C, amount of load 100mL/ 500mL, rotation speed 125r/min.
