Abstract
The working principle and feature of semiconductor refrigeration chip were introduced. In this paper we focus on the application questions of semiconductor refrigeration piece in temperature control. And it is necessary to launch the study and test about them. The key factors which influenced the effect of semiconductor refrigeration were investigated. And in these experiments, platinum resistance temperature sensor and infrared thermometer were used to test the effect of semiconductor refrigeration under different working condition. The results showed that for a semiconductor refrigeration chip different material, working status, cooling method and installation technology all had an influence on its cooling performance. By the way of single factor comparison and chart analysis the experimental data was analysed. Meanwhile, the improvement suggestion about the effect of semiconductor refrigeration was obtained. And this will lay the foundation for more advanced application of semiconductor refrigeration chip.
