Supply chain integration of virtual organization

In the virtual organization environment, supply chain not only exists between the internal member enterprises of the virtual organization and within the member enterprise, but also exists in the supply and cooperation relationship between the virtual organization and external environment. The research of virtual organization integration need consideration in the supply network system of globalization, through analysis of the composition structure of supply chain of virtual organization, put forward the integration method adopting “from top to bottom, from bottom to top and vertical integration, horizontal integration”, conduct deep analysis of the information and business process in the virtual organization, and provide the solution of integration.
