After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

At present, in the design for CNC machine tools, the method of separately considering the form and color is adopted. And these two factors can affect the modeling style simultaneously. In view of the above problem, according to the characteristics of modeling design for CNC machine tools, based on the theory of kansei engineering, this paper obtains the form, color and semantic quantitative description model and establishes the quantitative relationship so as to lay a foundation for the modeling design for CNC machine tools.
