  • Abstract
    A micro flexible gripper using piezoelectric actuator was produced. Design, fabrication and tests of the microgripper were performed. The geometric size of the microgripper was optimized. After modeling the micro-gripper, finite element method (FEM) was performed to investigate the flexible mechanism, and Based on the optimal results, a prototype of the microgripper was tested by experiment.
