Abstract
In this paper, a new scheme that used a method of pump controlled cylinder for rapid-erection in mobile launcher is proposed, where the hydraulic pump is driven by engine through power takeoff. After obtaining the fundamental motion equation, we selected the pump and calculated the expected pump rotation speed. In order to obtain the expected erection speed, a BP neural network was trained by using the actual operation data of the engine, which can predict the fuel consumption of the engine under the expected rotation speed and the load. Compared with traditional method of valve controlled cylinder, both simulation and experimental results are provided to show this method was higher in efficiency, smaller in size, and easy to accomplish the rapid and stable erection.
