Abstract :
Various subsidiaries of coal enterprises have enormous development potential in coal product provision, but how to make the large logistics of subsidiaries be reasonably resolved, as well as offer a new profits and increase benefits for enterprises, is a real problem needed to be solved. This article analyzes the logistics management system of coal enterprises, and puts forward some suggestions for reform.
