Reaerch on the university systems adaptability and university running ideas

As a complex and systematic project, a scientific and reasonable establishment of university systems is an embodiment of the value orientation and the pursuit of beliefs of university administrators, ensuring the implement of university spirits and running ideas as well as the achievement of a university´s strategic development. Therefore, how to guarantee sound and well-organized university systems has been a great concern for university administrators. This paper claims that the establishment of systems in universities should fit into the scope of university running ideas to promote the implement of university spirits and running ideas as well as the achievement of a university´s strategic development.
