Abstract :
Based on the foundation of a simple time series model, this paper comparative analysis rate of urbanization and development level of township enterprise in china from 1978 to 2007. The results show that there been a mutual promote relationship between them. And high lever of township enterprise will accelerate urbanization. The accelerate point of urbanization is lags behind the point of improved level of township enterprise. In addition, the article analysis present difficult and problems of urbanization and development of township enterprise and offer some recommendations.
