Abstract
The polysaccharides, soluble sugar, flavonol glycosides and total phenol content in Tilia amurensis flowers, leaves, branch peel, bark, xylem were determined, and analyzed their seasonal changes. The results indicated that the changing uptrend of polysaccharides content was coincident with sugar, The polysaccharides of leaves, branch peel, bark and xylem showed increasing uptrend fluctuatedly. The changing uptrend of sugar content in each organ was coincident basically with polysaccharides content. The changes of flavone content in flowers didn´t fluctuate, showing increasing uptrend completely. The flavone content in leaves showed decreasing uptrend, then increasing, the flovone content in branch peel, bark and xylem changed fluctuatedly from May to August, but showed decreasing uptrend from September. The total phenol content in leaves branch, bark and xylem changed flucruatedly in the growing days, but showed increasing uptrend after the growing days.
