Abstract
One of the original idea of World Expo 2010 Shanghai is to be introduced low-carbon idea, and to be created "low carbon Expo " and low-carbon model, which forms a broad, deep and sustained effects of low-carbon in post-World Expo, responses and describes a global low carbon revolution. According to the central requirements of scientific development, harmonious development, first development, integration development, the Yangtze River Delta should actively undertake the impact and radiation of low-carbon World Expo effect in the Post-World Expo, learn from low-carbon culture and the experience, speed up the low-carbon development of regional, effort to build a first, demonstration and leading area of the national low-carbon development, to seize the high ground of the future, achieve inclusive growth and make greater contributions in the International competition for China, by means of various ways and measures such as policy linkage, trade flows, technology transfer, joint research.
