The Chinese automobile industry has made the considerable progress, which has made the very big contribution to national economy´s development, but in the Chinese automobile industry problems such as “disperses, slightly, chaotic and bad” became more and more serious, which includes system´s barrier, the place benefit and the department causes trouble, the enterprise power insufficiency, ignore reorganization conformity and so on. Therefore, what pattern adopts to carry on the automobile industry reorganization, how to carry on the conformity to promote the reorganization case success, which realizes the economies of scale effect, the promotion resources optimization disposition, enhances the Chinese automobile industry the competitive power, states clearly the question which urgently awaits in front of the Chinese automobile industry to be solved. This article carries on the analysis of the Chinese automobile industry reorganization present situation, which discovered that the present reorganization and the countermeasures.
