The study of assessment index system and method on coal enterprises circular economy

Based on Circular Economy and the evaluation index system of general principles, combined with the characteristics of China´s coal companies, Coal enterprises built this first evaluation index system of circular economy. The index system consists of resource outputs, resource consumption, comprehensive utilization of resources, waste disposal four-level indicators, each level indicators and include the corresponding secondary indicators; and then determine the AHP based on entropy and the circular economy of coal enterprises evaluation method, the use of AHP are subjective evaluation of the object weight and calculate the entropy information inherent in the combination of the right to obtain comprehensive weight; Finally, the calculated level of economic development in the coal enterprises circular index. The evaluation method of coal enterprises in Henan province has been the specific application, the effect is better.
