After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

As an important constituent of national economy, minor enterprises occupies a vital position to prompt economical development and social stability in dint of their unique management mode and flexible production mode. Quite many Chinese minor enterprises neglect the core position of financial management and still hold backward management thinking rigidly. Therefore, they restrict themselves in the mode of production and operation with the financial management ineffective. Based on the state quo of financial management in minor enterprises, this paper aims to elicit and analyze the problems existing in their financial management from my study and then find the financial management solutions fit for them in order to ameliorate their financial management mode and improve their operation and management.
