Abstract :
A comparative study on the accuracy of the measurement between the passive and active resonant cavity measurement systems for permittivity and conductivity is presented. By comparing the results of an error analysis, the advantage of the active system is highlighted with the measurement accuracy, especially for high lossy material. The theoretical analysis and experimental results are in good agreement
