Abstract :
The development of an expert system for basic high-voltage testing and measurement is presented. The expert system is a useful tool for technicians and students who are not familiar with high-voltage test and measurement techniques. The system is written using the Level5 expert system building tool and the C-language. Examples of the system´s operation are provided
