Dwellings are where the people live in. For a large number of existing traditional dwellings, people are more concerned about its habitability. Aimed at the current situation of residential streets in Quzhou, the article analyzes the influencing factors of the habitability based on the Reconstruction examples of current traditional examples, thinking of the measures that how to improve the living environment of traditional dwellings and the habitability in order to make a reference to traditional dwelling protection and conversion.
