  • Abstract
    Enterprises have become increasingly dependent on online social network to carry out beneficial e-business model and achieve better performance. This paper aims to explain and demonstrate how an online social network environment where enterprise cooperative behaviors and interaction structures coevolve influence enterprise business model. By constructing components model of enterprise business model based on the customer relationship management, infrastructure management, financial model, and product/service and analyzing characteristics differences between online social network and traditional social network, the mechanism of the impact of online social network on enterprises´ e-business model is shown. The results indicate that the effective enterprises relationship structure in the online social network can promote enterprises to improve their competitive advantage and enhance organizational performance.
