Abstract :
Some radiation mechanisms in the EMI problem such as electro-static discharge (ESD), in which the radiation from not only discharge current sources but also real charges are included. In this paper, the fundamental property of the field around the charge including the discharge process is discussed by presenting the rotational and divergent components of the field.
