Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
The mechanism of “company and rural households” appeared to acclimatize the development of socialist market economy and the Rural Households Contractual System in about early 1990s. The mechanism acted effectively in the early stage. But so many troubles took place in the subsequent practices that it has come a disputed topic by now. In spite of being involving disputation, it is still the suitable and available mechanism in China for along term.
