Abstract :
Applying the Intervel-valued intuition fuzzy information sets, this thesis established the computation module in the added value of urban real estate comes from the flood protection works, and also by the case study of hydraulic engineering in Xiasha-region, Hangzhou City, it also made a field diagnostic study to confirm method´s feasibility, explored the practical Quantitative Research of Urban Flood-protection Project to the Added Value of Real Estate.
