Abstract :
An all-optical switch based on a monolithically integrated Michelson interferometer is investigated using pump-probe and demultiplexing experiments. The extinction ratio decreases with increasing line data rate from 15 dB at 10 Gbit/s to 7 dB at 40 Gbit/s
