Abstract
The key of the teacher professional development is the educational balance development. Only the teachers´ level continued to increase, to ensure the educational level continued to increase. Therefore, the teachers´ continue education is a foundation of education balanced development. This paper analyzes the present situation of teacher training, thinks that in the teacher training, there are still some problems to solve. Mainly has training mode single, content lacking pertinence, effect is not apparent, teachers cannot involved in training. In order to enhance teachers´ training organization and managerial of teachers´ training, this paper introduces the design of the teacher training system with management, training and evaluation, which is based on the digital educational environment. According to the teachers´ actual demand, system can set related training course. Which changes the traditional and single training mode, and in form complex teachers´ training system in digital environment.
