Abstract :
An 8×2.5 Gbit/s WDM transmission experiment using four Er-doped fibre amplifiers (EDFA) with gain stabilization and gain equalization has been successfully conducted. The gain control efficiency has been evaluated as well as the system performance by bit error rate measurements
