Research on county economic transformation and development in Henan province

Based on the comprehensive evaluation of the transformation and development capacity of county economy in Henan province, the article puts forward the classified guidance concepts about the transformation and development of county economy, and gives clear development ideas, and formulates a clear strategic direction of the transformation and development of county economy. This research gives several suggestions. On the one hand, we should optimize industrial structure of county, promote innovation and upgrading of the competitive industries and the traditional mainstay industries. On the other hand, we should strengthen the competition ability about attracting business and investment, and undertake some labor-intensive industries transfer both at home and abroad efficaciously. At last, we also need to develop the urban and rural vocational education, and strengthen the training for the practical talents. These suggestions provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the transformation and development of economy and the industry structure adjustment of Henan province.
