Abstract :
A fuzzy tabu search method is presented in this paper for solving the assignment problem. The proposed fuzzy tabu search technique use a fuzzy method in the determination of the tabu period and the selection of the neighborhood. A numerical example is provided to demonstrate the performance of the proposed method.
