The design of Digital Shipyard Resource Optimization module using API in CATIA

Abstract :
The solution of shipbuilding enterprise ERP problem is proposed under the dimensional visualization environment. In the VB environment, CATIA and Access database is developed for the second time, and Digital Shipyard Resource Optimization module is designed. System arrangement is evaluated; the load on the production line, the buffer capacity and bottleneck are analyzed. System fault and repairing are simulated; Mathematical statistics model is used to analyze the system´s random process. System performance is analyzed under different control strategies. Application examples indicate that ideas putted forward to solve the problem and the developed program modules can complete the task of Digital Shipyard´s allocation of resources, and the simulation models and drawings are established.
