Abstract :
To quantify the effects of a green roof on rainwater runoff physical experiments will be carried on. In the research, physical model which include rainfall generate, testing platform, observation system is established various confirmation of rainfall intensity and slope are examined. A major finding are that, a green roof has benefits of reducing flood peak, flood volume, delaying the beginning time of flood and extending the duration of flood peak. It has revealed the potential of green roof as an effective new tool for stormwater management in the unban areas.
