Abstract
All people can equally receive a good education suitable for each country´s developmental needs. How can we meet the community´s needs for education at all levels? The most feasible way is to use the Internet to promote distance education. This paper introduces the related work and study characteristic in our research on distance education. It describes distance operational equipment based on JSP, Office Visio and SQL server technologies, solving the problem of how to assign role and authority in real distance experiments of the SQL Server Database. As well, it shows an example of the input module, solving a role problem to carry out experiments, and instructing a key database connection pooling technology and its code. It fully embodies the advantages of information exchange by networks.
