Project Governance is the institution through which a project´s stakeholders establish the relationship of cooperation. While the asymetry of information affects the governance of projects, especially large projects. Project Controlling can provide valuable information and reports, which enables the subjects of governance to grasp the project´s information and make decisions immediately, improving the effectiveness of governance. The main purpose of this paper is to apply the theory of Project Controlling to Project Goverance and present both abstract and material governance models. Besides. The practical function of Project Controlling is elaborated through the governance case of Hongqiao Transportation Hub.
