Abstract
The paper presents a synchronous interleaved buck converter with high voltage conversion ratio and improved voltage regulation. The converter also possesses good characteristics like low switch voltage stress thus reduced switching losses. Capacitive voltage division gives enhanced input voltage division thus voltage across the switches is reduced. Here synchronous rectification is used which avoids the conduction losses caused by the freewheeling diodes. Here the load voltage is maintained from full load to no-load condition and also during line voltage change.
