Risk management on the financial difficulties of listed companies

By employing a comparative analytical approach in this study, the author puts forward that, the financial difficulties of listed companies should not only endanger their own survival, but also harm the interests of their investors, creditors employees and other stakeholders, and have serious influence on the nation and society as well, and once listed companies run into financial difficulties, they should take active actions to improve their operation and management efficiency based on the actual situation of the company, such as reintegrating management, restructuring assets, and restructuring debts, which will provide theoretical guidance for lifting the financial difficulties of the company on one hand, and allows the company in financial difficulties to reduce their losses to minimum on the other. And finally, he concludes that, only by understanding the financial difficulties and their causes, and determining, predicting, avoiding and getting rid of the financial difficulties according to their signs, can listed companies be able to completely prevent the financial crisis and protect the interests of shareholders and creditors.
