Abstract :
This paper presents the design of 2 stages ring oscillator voltage controlled (VCO), through phase degeneration of the load symmetrical cell, using local feedback networks, these feedback networks are implemented using the quasi- floating gate transistors (QFGT´s), in order to upset the circuit. The design was done in technology AMIS CMOS 0.35 mu.
