Abstract :
Natural risk is one of the main risks of international hydropower project. This paper identifies the natural risk of international hydropower project, defines the vulnerability of the international hydropower project, and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build the natural risk .vulnerability assessment of the international hydropower project model. Vulnerability assessment can not only provides the basis for the catastrophe insurance of the contractors, and also in favor of encouraging the contractors to promote their risk management level, reduce the vulnerability degree of natural risk effectively. Finally, proposing that appropriate catastrophe insurance choice can transfer the natural risk effectively.
